Katrina has 25 years of experience with JLB and is our long-standing right arm. As General Manager, Katrina oversees all operational activities, ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the business.

Dan is a seasoned Certified Management Consultant that partners with JLB on high-level client project work. With extensive experience in corporate consultation and strategic growth Dan provides expert consultation to clients for quality management systems, business improvement, change management as well as safety/environmental management systems. Dan is a licenced reseller of JLB Track software and engages with consultants across the industry in Adelaide as an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).

Dr. Peter Lauer joined JLB as an experienced consultant with considerable and demonstrated industry experience. Peter is a consulting professional, skilled in Sustainable Development, Sustainability, Water Quality, Strategic Planning, the Australian Seafood Industry and Biodiversity. In 2022, Peter was awarded Certified Management Consultant Certification by the IMC Australia, putting him in the top 1% of professional management consultants globally.

Graham specialises as a Food Safety Consultant with a strong food background and many years of hands on experience from within the meat industry. Graham assists clients with the implementation and maintenance of management systems.

Amy Hollister joined JLB with a passion for management systems, continual improvement and client satisfaction. Amy has experience as a Consultant, Management Representative and External Auditor and has been working in the security, construction and telecommunications industries for over 20 years.

Daniel Collingwood has been working in the specialised areas of Labour Hire, Aviation, Health and Manufacturing industries over the last 20 years. His skills include Coaching, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health &Safety Management and Aerospace Management Systems and compliance. With a Graduate Diploma in OHS from the University of South Australia, his passion is to see businesses reach their full potential through quality, leading to a safe environment for all.

Carmel was awarded the prestigious Women in Seafood, Honour Roll and was the winner of the NT Rural Women of the Year. As the proprietor of a multi-award-winning Seafood Wholesale and Retail business that supplied Coles, Woolworths and Compass, Carmel has extensive knowledge of the Food Safety and ISO System Applications. Carmel is responsible for our client and consultant liaison.

Claud Freeman has been working in the aviation industry for the past 45 years, with a focus on aircraft and aeronautical product engineering and maintenance. His skills include asset management, quality, safety and environmental management systems as well as general management and associated systems coaching, troubleshooting and business improvement.

Lauren joins JLB as our Quality House Coordinator and assists our General Manager to ensure the smooth running of Quality House. With a passion for excellent customer service and great organisational skills, Lauren is responsible for the administrative and office support for JLB, in addition to coordinating JLB’s Training Operations and being the main contact for JLB Track.

Louise joined the company in 1998, bringing with her experience in administration and financial management. Louise is responsible for the coordination of the financial accounts for the Bates Group of Companies.
